HEART TO GOLD

Heart to Gold, a Minnesota-based trio formed in 2017, delivers a bold fusion of melodic punk, post-hardcore, and '90s alt-rock with a scrappy Midwest charm. Comprised of singer/guitarist Grant Whiteoak, bassist Jim Kiser, and drummer Blake Kuether, the band thrives on community-driven energy and collective strength. Their third LP, Free Help, recorded with Grammy-nominated producer Will Yip, captures their arena-sized sound and heartfelt ethos. Inspired by life’s simple, transformative experiences, the album showcases Whiteoak's distinctive vocals and poetic songwriting, drawing comparisons to The Weakerthans and Hüsker Dü while carving out a sound uniquely their own.
